Why you deserve to Have someone who cares
Because you care. Your home was (is!) a huge investment — you’ve put in time, money… maybe even blood, sweat and tears, into a space that you’re now half-excited half-nervous to share with the world. Whether you personally worked on it or not, there is undeniably a part of you in that space, and that is what makes it special. I want to capture that - the unique experience of a home lovingly put together by people who care.

Here’s Everything you can expect… And more
-
Does your rental have a beautiful sunset view? Does it get fun shadows in the middle of the afternoon? I’ll make sure to ask these questions and more prior to our shoot, so that we can plan to capture those moments too.
-
I’ll take the time to get to know your space, the little details you’ve taken care to include, the colors and textures you’ve intentionally chosen for your home. I won’t be in and out in 20 minutes (that’s crazy!) - because your labor of love deserves so much more than that.
For a 1000sqft home, you can expect at least a 6-hour shoot.
-
I’ll be on the lookout for all the subtle touches you’ve added to your home. More than that, I’ll make sure your appliances are smudge-free, straighten out your curtains and bedsheets, level lampshades and more to make sure your space is in tip-top shape before I hit that shutter button.
-
Just like how the shoot itself shouldn’t be rushed, nor should the post-production process. I’ll personally and carefully hand-pick and edit a gallery that captures the essence of your home.
-
I get it. It’s 2022 and social media is taking over the world. Dogs and cats have their own Instagrams, so why shouldn’t your home? I’ll deliver a gallery with not just your vacation rental listing in mind, but also your social media too. Use your own discretion to decide what works best for an airbnb listing or an Instagram post!
-
I’ll be your rental’s biggest fan! I’ll share photos of your home and links to your airbnb/vrbo listing on my own Instagram account because I truly want you — and all the work you’ve put in — to succeed! :)
“Pam is simply the best! I spent so much time designing our Airbnb but my iPhone pictures were just not doing it justice. When I got the photos back from Pam it was the most satisfying thing to see our space conveyed through images the exact way I had dreamed it up in my head. She spent so much time capturing every detail, and really understands lighting in a way that brings so much warmth to the images. She’s so good at what she does and I’ve been recommending her to every Airbnb host in the area! She is worth every penny and investing in her for your short-term rental business is a no brainer.”

How It Works
-
I.
TELL ME ABOUT YOUR HOME.
Go ahead and fill out the form on my contact page! It’ll ask you all the questions I need to know in order to get you a custom quote for your project.
-
II.
RESERVE A DATE.
I require a signed contract + 50% retainer at the time of booking, and the remainder due a week before. In case your renovation project is extended or you’re experiencing delivery delays (I know, things happen!), I allow up to one free reschedule so long as I’m notified before 21 days of the original project date.
-
III.
PREP FOR THE SHOOT.
I’ll help with light staging during the shoot, however I do ask that your home is fully staged exactly how you want it to be photographed prior to my arrival. I’ll send you a guide with tips on how to prepare your home to be photo-ready as well. :)
-
IV.
SHOOT DAY!
Yay!! She’s prepped and ready to go! Whether you want to be present for the shoot is up to you. I don’t mind working alone, and I don’t mind you sticking around! I do prefer if I had a point of contact somewhere close by, just in case (like if a light bulb’s blown, or if I need help starting a fire in your fireplace.)
-
V.
GET YOUR PHOTOS BACK.
I’ll carefully edit every single image by hand, combining exposures, cleaning up dirt that I may not have caught during the shoot and more. Depending on my workload at the time, it may take between 2-3 weeks to have the photos fully edited and ready to be shared with the world. :)
